Tina Herman

Tina is a Registered Legal Executive who has a background in family law spanning over 20 years. She has recently completed 12 years as a committee member of the Northland branch of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives, during which time she also held the position of Northland President.

Tina joined MWIS in 2016 and specialises in the following areas:

Estate administration
Wills
Enduring powers of attorney
Trust Planning and Administration

Outside of work, Tina puts family first and enjoys travel, antique shops and markets, and her large country garden. Tina is a member of The NZ Great Dane Club, the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives, and the Royal Federation of NZ Justices’ Association. She is an accredited Justice of the Peace.
