Irene is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives (NZILE) and she specialises in the following areas of work:

  • Subdivisions;
  • Easements;
  • Unit title development and unit title sales and purchases;
  • Commercial sales and purchases; and
  • Residential conveyancing

Irene has been employed at the offices of Marsden Woods Inskip Smith since 2016 and is a trusted and integral part of the team. She enjoys working with clients and excels in providing an efficient and stress-free service.

In her spare time, Irene enjoys spending time with her family, her horses, and dogs.
